Last Week's Accomplishments
-Got the car fixed (!!!!)
-Accepted that I really need to pursue Life Coaching
-Accepted help from others who sincerely want to help
-Did a backflip off the rope from the high platform at the Mona Rope Swing
-Practiced meditation daily
-Studied scriptures after each meditation
-Said daily mantras after scripture study
-Immediately volunteered for a 2 volunteer opportunities
-Made pretty dang good pasta
-Went to bed at a decent time every night except last night
-Felt a tremendous amount of peace this entire week
-Kept myself busy for the most part (less time on social media)
-Read a ton of a self-improvement book
-Wrote in my journal once this week, and maybe even one more time if I write tonight which I probably will (that's a huge deal)
-Talked to Genevieve about Dietetics
-Maintaining a healthy spirit allows one to maintain a healthy life.
-Understanding the "why" allows the "how"s to present themselves to you.
-I need to eat way more calories if I want to exercise as much as I currently am.
-Sometimes the lazy self tries to convince you out of having a good time. Try to listen to what your spirit has to say.
-The human body can do amazing things. A balance between mind, body, and spirit can cause one to do even more amazing things.

-Didn't get my car registered (it was in the mechanics for most of the week)
-Didn't get my second run in
